Wings’ 170 acres are covered with kilometres of mown and marked walking tracks. A property map showing tracks helps you discover Wings’ secrets, the secluded glades and valleys, the little natural dams that only fill in winter, the large range of wildlife and flora.
Some of our permanent residents enjoying Wings include echidnas, western grey kangaroos, lizards, deer, rabbits and hares, and over 50 species of birds regularly seen from tiny thornbills to majestic wedge-tailed eagles, with a sighting of the rarely seen square-tailed kite if youre lucky.
Early morning and evening are the best times to see large numbers of wildlife.
